SSL Tanning – Refunds & Returns Policy

At SSL Tanning, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of what we do. While we aim for every order to arrive in perfect condition, there are some important things to know about our refund and return process.

 

Important Notice on Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of tanning and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items once they have been shipped, unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. This policy applies to all tanning solutions, accessories, and applicators.

 

 

Received Something Faulty or Damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! If your order has arrived with any issues, we’re here to help. Please email info@ssltanning.com within 1 day of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or fault
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once we receive this information, our team will assess the situation and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

 

What’s Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

  • Any item not reported within 1 day of delivery
  • Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Returns requested due to change of mind
  • Products returned without prior contact with our team

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges unless your product has arrived damaged or is proven to be defective. In such cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if a product is confirmed as damaged or faulty, we will cover the return postage cost if a return is required.
